I had two lucky 15s last night in both bats. I had the same horse and it was called Tuesdays child in one bet you paid as a par lace in the other Bet you put it as a loser which I shouldve had two places and a winner in that Bet But the other horse was placed third and you were supposed to be playing free places

How can a horse be called to place on one bet and lost on another bet, same race, same day, absolutely changing the rules?

Won Good fair and square today on eyes of Horus , never had a problem before but because i won £140 all together i was not able to withdraw my funds ??? , no explanation or email why , apart from this it was a very good app with a lot of good slots and games , just a shame im having problems withdrawing my winnings and i dont have an explanation why i cant

Missing bet on account
I placed a bet antipost to give to the charity for Michael Sullivan the jockey recently died on Marine Nationale
£50 ew @ 16/1 on the 4th March 14.24!
The bet has won but I have not been payed out? I have a snap shot of the bet and proof from my bank account of £100 payment to skybet.
Please advise when my bet will be paid to me

Sky bet were asking for verification to prove I’m over 18 and proof of address to access Super 6 which I have been playing for years without problems. After sending copies of my birth certificate, council tax bill, picture of my government bus pass and explaining I am 69 do not have a passport, photo Id driving licence, am retired, I own my home I have still not heard from them.
They also wanted me to chat on social media which I have non of. They do not cater for the elderly and have caused me some distress

Been denied access to my account saying I keep putting the wrong email in
I keep putting my right password and PIN number, and then you asked me to send you an email, which I have done for years. The same email you are refusing me any access to my account, and I have money in there.
Then I tried to ring the phone number that's not working at the moment.
I find this is a very, very poor standard for Sky Bet. You're quick to take people's money, but not very quick to help them.
