So I have withdrawn £400 from my Sky Bet account to my Revolut bank account. My bank, Revolut, has reverted the £400 back to Sky Bet.
I have contacted both to ask where my money is. I've been wanting it since the 10th of April; today is the 22nd of April. I am frustrated; my patience is running out. Sky Bet keeps on saying there is nothing on their end, so I keep texting them or using live chat, but they keep telling me the same answer.
I have provided them with evidence of my bank statement showing the £400 being reverted back to them. I don't know what to do anymore!

I tried to withdraw 2 amounts, one on March 3rd £100 and March 4 £70 over 10 days, still nothing. I have contacted support; they say it's already in my balance, but my balance is showing 0. I also tried to withdraw another £120 yesterday, March 13th, and have heard nothing so far. I understand the March 13th payment will take until next Friday at maximum. Okay, now please can you help fund my account for these 2 withdrawals which I'm losing as you guys owe me £290 now.

I sent at least 3 messages on the live chat all they kept saying was pick an issue, what happened was my bet with only 1 more correct decision and the bet would have been won, after 28 minutes I had 3 right out of four and cash out of £7.25 but after 32 minutes it was suspended for no reason I asked on several occasions but nobody could answer me disgusting, they still haven’t and I’ve had nothing refunded or a resolution
After around 32 minutes, I did full forecasts; 3 had already come in, and the one that hadn't was Merino to have a shot on target. I was going to cash out at half-time, but after 35 minutes, it came up suspended for no reason.
I went straight on your live chat and asked on several occasions why this was suspended, with no answer to my question. I see now that you have kept my money, which I think is disgusting, as I had £7.53 to take out until this suspension lasted the entire 96 minutes, so I couldn't do anything about it.
