- The system indicated a 0-0 draw during the game.
- The final score was corrected to 3-0, but the system did not update the score.
Not to use sky bet .Because it doesnt honor the information of bets it provides
I bet 12 different bets on Man City Fulham drawing as your system was telling me all through the game it was 0-0. But at the end of the game, it corrected the score to 3-0. Your system didn't update the score and I bet accordingly.

Sky bet club con
could only contact them on a live chat text . Took details put on my file advised me to bet another seven pound fifty then contact them again and they would sort it out , when i did they have done nothing to help .
I have bet thirty pound which qualifies me for a five pound free bet on sky bet club and they are saying i did not qualified , and then in 2 different messages saying i did not opt in till 6.30am but i was in bed and in another text saying i opt in at 7.30 am so they cannot even get. There story straight

- Suspension at 35 minutes with no reason or live chat reply.
I sent at least 3 messages on the live chat all they kept saying was pick an issue, what happened was my bet with only 1 more correct decision and the bet would have been won, after 28 minutes I had 3 right out of four and cash out of £7.25 but after 32 minutes it was suspended for no reason I asked on several occasions but nobody could answer me disgusting, they still haven’t and I’ve had nothing refunded or a resolution
After around 32 minutes, I did full forecasts; 3 had already come in, and the one that hadn't was Merino to have a shot on target. I was going to cash out at half-time, but after 35 minutes, it came up suspended for no reason.
I went straight on your live chat and asked on several occasions why this was suspended, with no answer to my question. I see now that you have kept my money, which I think is disgusting, as I had £7.53 to take out until this suspension lasted the entire 96 minutes, so I couldn't do anything about it.

- App asked for £330 when placing a Grand National bet.
- £100 was deducted and I still couldn't place a bet, and I want to close my account.
I tried & tried to place a bet on the grand national on Saturday, the app kept asking me for £330.00 it finally stole £100.00 from my bank account & I still couldnt place a bet on the national! Im 65 & thats the first time in my life Ive not put a bet on!
Its a dreadful website! I really want to close my account!

Incorrect in play bet settlement
I did bet £20 in play mancity win vs Newcastle with 7/4 odd. Man City was winning during cashed out £37 but they given me returned £11 instead of £37

- Trying to recover Sky Bet account but access is blocked.
- Spoke to GameStop; the issue is with Sky Bet.
My GameStop has now been closed and taken off, so I'm trying to get my Sky Bet account back, and it's still not letting me. I can't speak to anyone about it because there's no number to ring. I've spoken to GameStop, and it's nothing to do with them; it's down to Sky Bet.

I’m wanting to know information as to why you are not giving the results on some race meetings
- No results shown or advertised for the race meeting.
- Skybet numbers don't work and betting is cut by fractions with third-party explanations.
No results where showed on race meeting and it was not even advertised there was no results for the meeting advertised and the numbers advertised for skybet customer service are not even working it gives you a second number which doesnt work either. Plus the betting on the races are always false and cut by fractions and there excuses are its all done by third parties. Con all the way through doesnt even deserve a 0 rating
